Pc stuck in boot loop after installing new ram stick

So my motherboard is ASROCK Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 and today i bought a new 4GB ram stick, and after i put it in the PC, the PC just boots with no reponse, then it just reboots all the time. I tried booting the pc up with that new stick alone, but the results are still the same, while without the new stick everything works fine as always. I tried clearing CMOS but that didn't help.

well then the stick just wont work with the motherboard. You can try to send it to RMA, maybe its a faulty monday production^^
