*I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong category*
Hi,
Last week I bought a zoostorm PC and when I turned it on it would get stuck in EFI shell. Fast boot was not enabled. I know that's a common problem.
I stupidly started fiddling with settings in BIOS, and one which I think was "Windows 8 features" or something I disabled without thinking, and now I have this screen.

I'm not that great with computers, so please bear with me. Thank you.

Not that comfortable, but if it's simple I'll try. What do you mean by digital image of the screen?

Sorry, I'm guessing there was a problem with the photo I posted?

There's nothing else on the screen besides that.

Oh. I tapped the different possible buttons and got into BIOS. Legacy was enabled. I disabled it, and I'm back to the EFI shell problem. This whole computer is brand new by the way.

That means to reset BIOS settings to default, right? I've done that and I still have the problem.

Hello... is this the procedure you followed?
Let's try a proper "battery removal" AND CMOS reset Clear to the MB ...ok? B /
Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the pins. B )
1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins/switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~3 mins
4) remove Jumper/switch
5) re-install battery
6) plug monitor into the MB video output OR Video card for a BOOT display
8) plug in PS to wall
9) Boot computer.

I went into BIOS ---> Reset to defaults ---> Saved the configuration.

I don't want to void the warranty if I damage the motherboard. Is there anything else I can try? I'll call technical support tomorrow if not and see if the manufacturer will cover the problem.

How do I find that?
