Pc stuck on asrock screen w/ keyboard and mouse not working

I turned on my pc after replacing the ram to see it stuck on the asrock screen it says to press f2 or del to run uefi setup, press f6 for instant flash, press f11 for boot menu and press tad to switch screen .
I have tried to click them all but it seems that the keyboard won't work.
I looked it up and some people say its because the ram isn't compatible
So I tried to reput the same ram as I had before but the same problem is here
I have a asrock x99m extreme4 motherboard

Try clearing your CMOS. There should be a button on the back of the motherboard near the USB ports.

Turn off your computer. Unplug it. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to discharge any capacitors.
Then press and hold the Clear CMOS button for 15 seconds (You may have to use a pen or pencil or paper clip, etc.).
Then plug your computer back in and turn it on.

Your BIOS settings will be reset, so if you had an overclock or secure boot or a custom fan profile or disabled legacy (forced UEFI) or enabled fast boot in the past, you may have to do all of that again.

What error code is it giving on your motherboard? (There should be a small LCD thing on it on the bottom of the board somewhere.)

According the link I gave earlier, that means you have a problem with a SATA device.

Try unplugging all SATA cables from your motherboard and see if you're able to get into your BIOS / UEFI.

So I have to unplug my ssd ? Even tho windows is installed there ?

Edit : edit I have unplugged it but still the same after boot

Try another keyboard first just to make sure it's not something that simple.

That error code relates to the PCI-E devices according to that website.
It's weird to me that the error code changed from one thing to another. It sounds like your motherboard may be bad.

Try doing what that error code suggests and remove your graphics card. If that fails, you should do a POST test:
To eliminate the chance of a grounding error or anything preventing your computer from working properly, you should do the following.
I know it's very annoying to do and easy for some guy on the internet to tell you to do it, but I've done it before and found that my motherboard was bad and had to RMA it (Asus X99-A II).

Unplug everything from the motherboard except the CPU, CPU cooler, and 1 stick of ram.
Pull the motherboard out and place it on the motherboard box. Plug in the CPU Power and 24-pin ATX power cables.
If your motherboard has a power button on it, you can press that to turn on the system. Otherwise, you'll have to use a screwdriver head to short the pins where the leads for the power button normally go.

It should be able to power on and have the fans spin and lights come on. If it does, then turn it off and plug in the graphics card and its power cables.

See what output you get when you boot up. Plug in your keyboard and go the BIOS / UEFI if you get to that same screen. If it still won't let you go to your BIOS / UEFI, then your motherboard is probably bad.
