PC stuck on BIOS help!!

Yesterday I did a ultradefrag test on my pc. And now I can't make it boot! When I press the Power Button it becomes stuck in the ASUS boot.
Every key doesn't work and this keyboard is Working. So I can't acces BIOS, but when i unplug the HDD i can access the BIOS.
The same HDD boots in my other pc with no issue.

I tried doing a Cmos clear and nothing. I don't know what else to Do... Help!

i heard of defragging a drive but not ultra defrag. was this some kind of special hard drive maintenance program?
