PC Stuck on BIOS Startup Screen

Hey guys. I'm running on a Z 97-K and when I try to boot it up it's stuck on the BIOS screen and I can't do anything. I tried pressing F2 and Del to get into the BIOS settings and maybe try to play around with some settings.

This just started happening today and I haven't used my PC for around two weeks. Could this be because my PC is very dusty? I'll try de_dust'ing it (hehe) as I wait for responses.

Dust the system and see what results from it though I'm leaning towards the system being fed with insufficient power if you're BIOS is inoperable. Depending on your OS, you should be seeing what your primary boot device is...if Windows 10, it should be Windows Boot Manager and if former OSes by Microsoft, it should be your OS boot drive. Mind sharing your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?
