Question pc stuck on boot loop

i have a dh61ww mobo. I updated my bios from 048 to 099 .From then I am stuck on a boot loop. pc restarts before showing full win logo. I tried usb flash method ,successfully updated to 0120 latest bios but the problem persists.
Please help .I have to recover the HDD. It contains important data.

Have you tried resitting the ram in the ram slots in your pc?
