[SOLVED] Pc stuck on boot screen

I have a mini itx system i just build. It has an i5 9400f, srix z390-i gaming, 16gb of ddr4 ram and a 1650. I didnt even get to install windows on it yet because it is stuck on the motherboard loading screen. I power it on and it loading to show the strix logo and then is freezes and stays like that. Please help I've tried everything and cant figure it out.

Try booting with a single stick of ram, also unplug everything like your ssd or any drives, cards etc, then attempt boot. If it won’t boot with a minimum config then you probably have a motherboard issue. If it does try to boot, add 1 component at a time until it acts up again.
