Pc stuck on dell logo after bios update fail

So I found out that my pc won't boot pat the dell logo and I think it's because I reset my pc reset during a bios update because the wifi wasn't working so it wasn't downloading. Once I tried to boot it up again it got stuck. I've tried resetting the cmos with the jumpers and everything but no luck. I ended up disconnecting the hard drive and put another one and it booted and downloaded windows so that doesn't make sense. Did it corrupt my hard drive? When it's connected you could still hear it hum because it works but when it's connected it just won't boot past dell.

If it started to update the bios (doesnt sound like it did) if windows still loads, you're lucky.

If the bios update was flashing / and it had 1/2 flashed the bios, it would have bricked your system

I would flash it again in case it did something. Just dont touch anything while its doing it

How do I flash again? I used the dell USB booted guide then just dragged the bios .exe to the bootable USB. Did I miss something?

Read the instructions on the site you downloaded it from

First be sure you have a good reason for updating the BIOS (not just because Dell has got an update, that's not a good enough reason on it's own).
