Pc stuck on loding screen

Hi. I was resetting(wiping all my personal files) my windows 10 pc last night and it was stuck on 2% so i left it over night and in the morning it was the same so i decided to turn it off and on and when i turned it on it gave me the option to run windows 10 so i clicked it and my pc started turning on and then the starting screen comes up saying Lenovo and it just stays like that.

Can you please try resetting Windows 10 externally? You can learn how to do so from here. Even though the tutorial in the given link focuses on Windows 8, the process to get the task done in Windows 10 is identical.
