[SOLVED] PC stuck on "Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS settings" ?

Just replaced my i5-4460 with a i7-4790
For the fist time it did show me american megatrends and detected a new cpu
Then i went to bios
Did not change anything and tried to boot up into windows
But it did get stuck here:
"Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS settings"

I put back the i5-4460 again and its still the same.
Help me out

Put the old one in and clear the CMOS. Just pull the battery for five minutes with the power off and then try it again.

Probably there's some error message also (not just "Please press DEL or F2").

There was nothing there
I got into the default bios somehow(pulled the battery out) and everything is fixed.
I think it was old cpu settings in bios that caused this.
