I am having an issue where when I boot my pc it goes to the splash-screen that says "Tuf Gaming -- press del or f2 to enter bios settings". Nothing happens when I press either of those keys. I’ve tried updating bios, resetting cmos battery, changing keyboard USB port but nothing has worked. My pc worked perfectly fine before this, it just suddenly stopped working. My ram also suddenly went out of sync
Please help

Model for your Asus branded motherboard? BIOS version for the motherboard, as of this writing? Make and model of your SSD? Have you tried working with another slot on the motherboard(if there are any)? Have you tried taking the SSD over to a donor system to see if it shows up on said donor system?

Mother board - ASUS TUF Gaming B550 Plus
BIOS - second latest version available on ASUS website (newest one is in beta)
SSD with windows installed - Crucial M.2 1TB
other SSD - Samsung 970 EVO plus 1TB

By "other slot on motherboard" do you mean SSD slot?

I have tried unplugging the non-windows SSD but didn’t work.
I don’t have a donor system to try it on readily.

Unplug both ssd's.
Any diff?

Are you running 2 monitors? I had this happen to me recently and I run 2 monitors. For whatever reason, if I turn on both monitors right after I turn on pc, it seems to want to get stuck. If I just turn on one monitor it doesn't have any issues. Idk maybe I do have something else going on in my case. Not sure why turning monitors on would cause it to not boot up.
