Question Pc stuck restarting itself

Hi my pc is stuck in a loop where after it turns on it shows the gigabyte logo as usual but then restarts itself. I have tried replacing the ram unplugging peripherals and re applying thermal paste to the cpu. I am able to enter the bios and this stops it from automatically restarting itself but as soon as I exit it will start doing that again. This started happening after I tried a fresh reset on my pc. Any help would be appreciated

We're going to need more information. When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature it's customary to include your full system's specs. List them like so:

Also add the age of the PSU. Can you also share which version of BIOS your motherboard is currently on?

Motherboard: not sure I know its gigabyte
Ram: 4gb ballistix ddr3
SSD/HDD:1tb seagate
GPU: zotac nvidia 950 2gb
PSU:evga 500w
Chassis:bitfenix comrade
OS:windows 10
I'm not sure what bios version I am on and the power supply is 4 years old
