Question PC stucked at windows starting after installing AMD graphics driver

Hi! i recently reformatted this laptop then when i finished installing the drivers for my graphics card, it always stuck in windows starting
i tried uninstalling using an app in safe mode then installing again but it doesn't work!! please help me

my GPU is AMD radeon r7 m265

Same problem here with amd r7 m360
Just randomly BSOD'd me and then stuck
Tried new windows installation , installing in safe mode , manual installing like copying the files from the driver installer to the systems folder , tried every software solution but it was useless for me ....
Idk what else to try
All i did is i disabled the amd card in BIOS and used the intel gfx card
Search for something in BIOS that relates ti that , it's gonna be like "switchable graphics " change that to UMA graphics a nd windows will load ... but no amd card tho cuz it's disabled now
If any one got a fix or an idea of what's happening plz help
Ps: i tried installing old stable driver last time i tried to do something and it gave me "video tdr failure " BSOD .
