Question PC stucked on bios splash screen

my pc was restarting randomly from past 3 days.Today when i tried to bootup it showed this message”BIOS UPDATING DONOT SHUTDOWN OR RESET TO PREVENT BOOTFAILURE”this was surprising for me when i didnt even download any bios file or try to update it.It showed me this msg and restarted itself and same thing again and again.Right now its not showing that updating bios msg but upon starting it stucks on Bios splash screen where i cant do
anything except shut it forcefully because cant access bios settings .things i tried is clearing cmos battery, also tried running it on single ram stick, asus crashfree bios 3 feature also didnt work for me.Any help would be appreciated
Motherboard is Asus rog strix b450 F gaming

look like corrupted bios iwould try to use another little cell battery on the board if this not working rma time .

when i first bought this mobo it messed up into bootlooping and i had to sent it back just after 9 months to get new.gladly at that time i got the new mobo now its been 2 years and probably there would be no rma now , sounds like im f’ed up
