Pc studering while playing large minecraft modpacks in 1.10.2 and 1.11.2

My pc plays all packs bellow 1.11.2 at 60 without studering but when i try to pllay a modpack with 170 + plus mods on 1.11.2 i get studdering please help

When i play any other huge modpack on 1.7.10 or any other version of minecraft besides 1.11.2 i get 200 plus fps but it looks like im getting only 30 is there a fix to this? i really want to get into 1.11.2 packs. But its hard when i cant play it without noticing it being choppy even tho it says indeed that im getting 60 + fps please somone help

And any other game fallout 4 for example runs buttery smooth
