I built my pc just a few weeks ago and everything runs well except a occasional stuttering every 3 hours. During this stutter something gets louder in my pc and everything on my screen freezes for around a second. I replaced my GPU with my older one (Nvidia GTX 960) and the problem still persists.I also ran a memory diagnostics test and it came up with no erroes. I have my ram running at 3200 MHZ which is the default. I presume this problems is with my windows 10. I am unsure what are causing these microsutters.
