[SOLVED] PC stuttering after windows 10 update 2004

The problem is that my cursor starts lagging, and at the same time my audio starts to lag too much. Is there any fix for that, and what may be the cause?
My setup:
Ryzen 5 3400g, Rx 580, Mobo Biostar am320h, 2666mhz ram, etc. Every component i have is factory new. Thanks in advance.

Try re-installing both the AMD chipset and video drivers to the most recent versions. Chipset first, then the video drivers.

Ive read that many,(but not all,) people are having issues with the new windows update.

My uncle with a R7 1700 was asking if I had issues with my PC after build 2004, hes been having all sorts of problems, seems to be fine on my Threadripper build so far.
