PC Stuttering and Frameskipping

Hello! I bought a gaming pc , and i have a lot of sttutters , frameskipping and doesn t feel smoth in games.. Even in CSGO , i have stutters , game doesn t feel smooth , on 1080p and high settings i hit 180 fps , and i still have frameskipping and doesn t feel smooth. And in Outlast , i can t believe.. Frameskiping and somehow when i run or something from 60 fps drop below 50- 54 , on GTA V the high settings with V Sync too from 60 fps , drops bellow 50-30 on city. On Sniper Elite 4 same , i payed 800 euros .. I don t know what i have to do .. I am disperated. Please help!! Thanks!

My rig: GTX 1060 ASUS DUAL FAN 6GB

CPU : RYZEN 5 2400G ( cooler stock)

RAM : SINGLE CHANNEL KINGSTON VALUERAM 8GB ( wtf is with this ram ..)

SSD : 120 GB KINGSTON

HDD : 1TB SEAGATE

POWER SUPPLY : 550 W NJOY

MOTHERBOARD : ASUS PRIME A320M K

Why did you buy a ryzen with graphics if you where going to buy a 1060 anyway?
Ryzen is very picky about ram and needs very fast ram to run as fast as possible,how fast is yours running?
Your GPU is very powerful so I would try maximizing all settings or even using some FPS limit to make games smoother.

I bought this pc from a shop , i know it s very bad. I have 2400mhz on my ram. If i put dual channel 16gb ram 3200 mhz will remove sttutters and others?

You have to find out first if your motherboard will even support that!
It should improve gaming but nobody can guarantee you that it will be gone completely.
