Question PC stuttering in games but smooth when i use ps4 controller.

I am playing on 2k 144Hz Gsync monitor 2nd monitor 60hz 1080p. Cpu and Gpu ms match. only stutters when i use mouse, but if i use Gamepad its smooth. i have tried almost everything to fix the problem. what could be causing this?

Motherboard MSI A370 a Pro
Memory CORSAIR VENGEANCE PRO RGB 32 GB @ 3000mhz DDR4
OS Windows 10
GRAPHICS CARD - MSI gtx1070

The only things different between your mouse and gamepad is the poll rate and your drivers,as long as you have a normal mouse it will run with default drivers so the only thing that could be causing this is the poll rate.

Before i deleted corsair app i changed the pull right and it still stutter. Is there a way to change it after i removed the app? Thanks
