Since I have upgraded to windows 10 I've noticed a problem that my PC stutters / lags whenever I view a videos website (like youtube) and open some amount of tabs (around 10+~ I think, sometimes it takes even more), chrome starts to eat a lot of memory and my PC is basically stuttering / lagging until I close some tabs.

I've confirmed this in chrome and edge (although different results).
Chrome version is 54.0.2840.87.
Edge version is 38.14393.0.0.

Chrome caused my computer to lag badly while edge (after being more smooth at first and taking more tabs) caused it to go black screen a bit and then the display driver failed and then my PC started lagging and I had to close edge.
I've also experience lag in another website which requires me to open less tabs in-order for lag to appear (www.fxp.co.il - just a forum), after few tabs my PC starts to lag, note this only happens in chrome and not in edge.

My computer even got BSOD today (first time caused by this problem):
Java:
BAD_POOL_HEADER	0x00000019 tcpip.sys	tcpip.sys+15f665

Already did both

Hello again

In that case, you can try Increasing the Virtual Memory of your PC.

Cheers!!

It will only heal the symptoms not the cause, I want to know why this is happening when it shouldn't. It wasn't like this before. I can't really pinpoint "before what" but if I had to guess it is the windows 10 culprit + another thing that I don't know what yet.
