B450M motherboard
AMD Radeon RX 5700
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
32 GB 3200 RAM
250GB SSD (Windows)
2TB seagate HDD
Hi, I am having weird stuttering/lag whilst doing anything really, even if I try to load like a new, heavy webpage, I can see that the PC stutters a bit before loading it, but after it loads its like a 100% smooth.
I have almost the exact same PC in another room, just 16 RAM, smaller HDD.
Games like apex have stuttering, but it runs 100+ fps. The quality doesn't seem to matter, even if I played the game in 800x600, the stuttering is still there.
Games like modded minecraft have kind of bad FPS, about 10-30 sometimes.
Any idea what could be the issue?
Maybe I should try swapping out the parts from this PC to the other PC and hopefully see what's causing the problem, or does anyone have any ideas, cuz that's a lot of work.
I have updated GPU/BIOS. I checked and corrected the speed that my RAM was running at (didn't help). Tried swapping the games from the HDD to the SSD, but it just made it worse? I believe that was purely because I overfilled it, but could be a faulty SSD (?). Tried installing older GPU drivers, health checking the HDD. Replacing ram, or using only 16GB instead.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
