PC stuttering with network/internet activity

I installed Windows 10 a few months ago and ever since then I have had a problem. After about 30 minutes it begins to stutter whenever I am copying files from another PC across the network, streaming from YouTube etc or downloading from a website. As soon as I stop the activity the PC acts normal once more. Right now if after a while I decide to stream I have to restart my PC first. I have done scans using Bitdefender and Malwarebytes but no luck. Not sure if I am having a hardware failure. Anybody have any ideas?

When you installed win10, did you install all your motherbd's drivers too?
