[SOLVED] PC Stuttering

Lately, when watching YouTube or playing games, my PC stutters for a fraction of second, seemingly randomly. It happens most of the time, even if I don't have a big program running in the background. I have already tried updating my drivers, I have replaced my PSU (other issue, but could be relevant).

Everything is performing well except for my SSD, but in the Samsung Magician app it says the drive's health is good. Could this be causing the issue.

If anyone has any past experience or knows what is causing the problem, please help me out. Thank you!

Yes, my OS is on my SSD, which is connected to the mobo through SATA cables, and is not directly on/attached to the mobo

the disk is not in an m2 slot, but is connected to the mono and psu via wires. It’s inside my PC, but not on my mono.

and the mobo have more than 1 sata. should have 6, test them all?
