So lately my computer has been really slow and has been stuttering, i noticed it to start when i was on a website and my Ad blocker said that a certain website is using your computer for mining bitcoin and said that it will cause all components of hardware in your PC to increase in usage.

Its starting to get really damn bad, i have run so many antiviruses and removed so much malware, but it doesnt seem to stop the usage on CPU,GPU and RAM.

I read somewhere that bitcoin miners have no files and when they do they hide them in system 32 folder. Everything just seems to be getting worse, my CPU is running tasks that used to be easy to handle (e.g discord used to use 0.2% CPU Usage but now uses 7%), I also have a System task in task manager that is taking up 10% of CPU, even when my PC is idle. Ram is at 25% usage when idle and 50%when playing games. GPU is at 20% when idle and is 100% when playing games, CPU 10% when idle, 100% when playing games. This is ridiculous.

I Play PUBG and it never use to stutter but now, i cant play it just freezes. Please help I'm trialing for a competitive team today on PUBG and i cant play!

Solution
Use CPU-z or equivalent to check that your clocks stay at ~3.5 when gaming, put the game in windowed mode,or you could set up msi afterburner to show you this on screen while gaming but it's somewhat complicated.
This sounds very much like your CPU running at very low clocks so something that used to run at ~0.2% at 3.5G now uses 7% because your clocks are at 500Mhz or something.
