Question Pc suddenly lagging

My pc is suddenly working extremyl slow , i cant even open a browser because of the lags and i dont know why . i tried reinstalling drivers and updating windows , everything on task manager looks fine apart from gpu utilisation at 75% while im only on desktop im not sure is this the reason
specs: rx 560
i3 8100
16 gb ram
ssd 512
