Question PC suddenly not showing anything

I don't know if it's CPU related, but I had to post somewhere
When I play sometimes, something happens and I see only a black screen. The PC is not shutting down, it seems to work.
It's not a monitor issue because i hear a strange sound coming from the PC
However it gets fixed if i restart it... What could it be guys?

dmx.exe are often caused by the Nvidia driver, is your GPU up-to date? If it is not you can try the newest driver from Nvidia and it may fix the problem. If you already have the newest driver and the problem is there you will have to install an older driver version.

It could also be caused by your RAM having an issue so you could run a RAM test. Another possible fix is to check your BIOS version and if you have up-to date Chipset drivers installed for your CPU.

I'm sure someone will think of something else ....

where can i download chipset drivers from? from the motherboard manufacturer?

Yes that is correct, just be sure to get them for YOUR model of board.

After some google research, i enabled Hibernate, did some CMD commands, update graphics drivers and chipset drivers. And the issue hasn't appeared since. We will see. Thanks a lot!
