[SOLVED] PC Suddenly Performing Badly

My build:

Ryzen 3 1300x
EVGA GTX 1060 6gb SSC
8gb DDR4
MSI B350 Tomahawk mobo
600 watt PSU

I've had this build for about a year now, and I've always been able to get 100+ FPS at 1080p on all my games, but recently I've been getting framerates in the 60-70 range with dips into the 40's. I haven't changed anything recently other than moving my OS to a new SSD. Any help would be appreciated.

I just checked it looks like I don't have this update installed.

What are your cpu and gpu temperatures when gaming? When the FPS dip to 40 what is the cpu and gpu usages, does one spike up?
