PC Suddenly Really Slow?

Recently my PC slowed down dramatically. I have no idea what happened. My CPU processes are always spiking from 8% to 30% and my memory randomly goes to 100%. I can barely play games I used to play easily before. Any suggestions?

Could be virus or malware, or there might be system processes in the background always running. Have you checked for viruses? You can also check processes in the task manager and find which process is the culprit.

It said google chrome was, then I close it down but the percentage doesn't go down at all. I'll try running for viruses
