My PC Specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 FE - 10GB
NZXT Kraken Z73 RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler(White)
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200MHz RAM - 32GB(4 x 8GB) - (White)
ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero X570S ATX Gaming Motherboard
NZXT C850 - 850 Watt PSU 80+ Gold Certified
WD_BLACK 1TB SN750 SE NVMe M.2 SSD
WD_BLACK 2TB Performance HDD - 7200 RPM
NZXT H710i ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case(White/Black)
OS = Windows 11 Pro

I recently upgraded from a RTX 3060 12GB to RTX 3080 FE(I know, not the biggest upgrade but I got the 3080 for a very good price)…
My temps with the same specs with the 3060 was maxing out for my CPU & GPU at 65 degrees Celsius.
With my 3080 FE, under full load I am reaching anywhere from 75-88 degrees Celsius…

I know this doesn’t cause for much concern?. But I feel the heat of my PC besides me giving off as I didn’t at all when I had the 3060.
Is my PSU too weak at 850Watt?
Is the cable management in the back so bad that it’s causing issues?
Or do I need like 2 more fans on the bottom of my case(only place I see that I have room for more fans)..

Will be linking images to my build, thanks for the help in advance!

I'd drop that rear exhaust fan. Right now your top center fan is doing the most work, the front is somewhat blocked and the rear exhaust is stealing air from the top rear. I'd also take out the pcie slot covers below the gpu, let it feed on fresh air directly from the back.

Depending on how high the gpu is boosting, temps may or may not change, but performance might if the temps drop enough to allow the gpu to boost higher. If the gpu is seeing max boost already, temps should drop.

That's the GDDR6X man , 3080 and 3090 , don't worry about that beast just give your cooling a last check and leave the beast alone , i got the rtx3090 running that gddr6x at 98°c it's just normal for those cards to run much hotter
