Hi! Looking for assistance!

Don't know what happened but recently my pc starts to shut down without any notice. When it shuts down, the fans turn off and the gpu, but the light of the LAN adapter is still on along with the rgb of my mouse and keyboard.

I am running my pc on these specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI B450 Mortar Max
RX580 8gb
T-Force Ram 8x2 8gb
FSP 80+ gold psu

Thank you!

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for any errors captured/recorded at the time of the shutdowns.

Right clicking any given entry can provide more detailed information about the error. The details may or may not be helpful.

How old is that FSP PSU? Wattage? New, Refurbished, Used? Heavy gaming use?

Symptoms suggest a failing PSU in that the PSU may not be able to keep up with system power demands.

= == =

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Check by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

Could be that something has come a bit loose.

Just bought the all parts last december. I opened the case and dusted/cleaned the inside. Just use the pc for playing but not AAA games. the fsp hydro is 650w btw

Thank you for your inputs!

Any errors, etc., in Reliability History and Event Viewer?

Not familiar with the FSP Hydro so will need to defer to others who may be following your post regarding that PSU.

Is it still under warranty?
I checked the Reliability History and majority of the errors state MSI_LED stopped working.

yes it is still under warranty
