Question PC suddenly shuts off but RAM and Power LEDs stay on

I've had this issue that's only happened a few times.

This usually happens while idling or during some low workload application like watching Netflix.

The PC shuts off and everything goes dark as if you just yanked the power.
However, the Lights on my Ram as well as the power LED stay on.
When it's in this state, it's completely unresponsive in any way.
The only response I have is to shut off the PSU and turn it back on again. Then the PC boots up like normal and works fine.

To me this seems like a failing PSU (it's the oldest part I have) but I wanted to get some different opinions. Thanks!

Tried turning off the overclock on my CPU and setting it back down to factory speed. It seemed to work but then it happened again in less than 24h.
It looks exactly the way it does when it's in sleep mode except it's more like a coma.
I've tried removing two sticks of RAM leaving two installed and it's been crash free for a few days now. I'm gonna wait a bit longer and then swap out the RAM to see if one of them is bad.
