■ Gigabyte GA-Z170X-GAMING 6 ATX LGA1151

Question:
I've had my PC for over a year now and never having any major issues until now.
When I play FFXIV, after playing for an hour or so, my pc would restart for no reason that I could think of. I've tried using the Square Enix Stormblood Benchmark to see if I can't run it, but I told me I can run it easily.
I thought that maybe it was the temperature, but while typing this and having the game run to doing a dungeon, GPU tempts goes to approx 70°C (MSI Afterburner). I'm thinking that maybe it's the cpu, but when I open the case when it goes down, the heatsink isn't that hot while the GPU is. My PC even restarted while I'm typing this. To see if it was really the temp, I started overclocking it because maybe it's the temperature limit, but it still shuts down. I appreciate any help, thanks in advance.
edit: added PSU. Also, I've cleaned my PC by using electronic duster spray and it still restarts after an hour of gametime. My PC doesnt restart when I'm just surfing or watching youtube, but once I start FFXIV, there is like a timer for it's shut down.
