Question PC Suddenly Stopped Booting - Gets Power

My PC has recently stopped turning on, it still gets power and sounds normal but there is no output to the monitor. If I leave the computer to discharge for around 2 days it will start working again but it will freeze after about 10 seconds. I haven't done anything different with my PC and it is unlikely that it has a virus.

The PC is an HP Pavilion p6310f with an upgraded hard drive, ram, and a 1050 ti. As for the PSU, I don't know how to find what you need so here is what the side of my power supply says.

if you didn't upgrade the psu before. upgrade the psu

Are you sure that the problem was caused by the power supply because the computer still gets power and all of the fans are spinning.

plug in all the connector on the motherboard?
