The most important thing when you are building a pc is the resolution of your monitor, as it will dictate the strength of your system & specificly your graphics card. I recommend editing your post by adding your monitor & desired resolution as well !

Remember that the monitor resolution will be the deciding factor on the strength of your pc build!

Secondly, what will your purpose be? Will you be playing demanding tripleA games on ultra or are you fine with non-demanding games like league of legends?

Little over budget but is completely worth it. I will give you a good 80% performance improvement over GTX1660 setup. That is a huge jump in performance.
