So I recently had a problem where my PC won't display anything and I took it to the computer shop and they fixed it, I also asked them to change the Case and they changed the Case to a Color CC818 and now the problem is my PC would just randomly switch off without any reason, no matter how much stress it has on it. I took the PC back to shop computer shop and they kept the PC on all night long with youtube videos running at 720P and Just Cause 2 running in the background and the PC never switched off.
I don;t know what the problem is?
The temperatures are fine 60C max when running CSGO.
GPU is 30C max when running CSGO
44C Idle CPU
23C Idle GPU.

90% sure its power cable - it happend to me few years back - maybe its just loose so just press it little harder
it cost you no more than 5$ to change it and without changing it - it could demage your PSU

I changed the power cable and it still happened, I took my PC into another room and set it up all there, I ran the PC for 3 hours straight under stress with no problem, but during start up the PC switched of 3 times.
I will try to run the PC whole day in that room tomorrow.

Have you tried just one stick of RAM in slot one and if it still does this, try another stick on its own?

sounds like you're going through almost what i have been right now.
Only difference is mine is more often.

May I know what motherboard you're on?

If it lasts longer in a different room, that makes me wonder if something isn't quite right with your electrics, do you have any other problems with other devices/appliances?
What is the CPU temp under load?

Ah.
have a go through here.
I think mine is more mobo related since the issue happened at the shop, my home with 2 different rooms.

If you can give some input on that thread, i'd appreciate it.

max temps 65c
35c idle.

No appliance, all lights working in my room and so is my A/C.

mobo -Intel DG31PR
Core 2 Duo E8400
3GB RAM
Sapphire HD7750 2GB GDDR3
230W PSU

230w PSU? I'd say that was the issue, it's probably not good quality and it's most likely maxed out. Is it a prebuilt pc?
Also, how do you have 3GB RAM? How many sticks of what do you have installed?

Well the PC never randomly shut down since I had it. It was built in 2008.
And mobo has 2 slots, 2GB in one and 1GB in one.

It may have started to die, do you have another you can try?
