PC switching off unexpectedly and switching back on by it self

i have recently minimized the problem am having in two parts either the motherboard or the cpu
the pc just shuts down by no warning or whatssoever ,,after shutting down it tries to switch back on by it self not just once but continuously ,,,at the beginning i thought it was the psu,,nope tried with another the problem persists ,,

Did you check the power button?
Maybe it's stuck or sticky?

wow that was fast,,,,,,,,actually no ,,havent thought about it ,,the mobo has onboard switches so gonna try with my mobo switches ,,thnx gonna give atry

nope ,same situation it just shuts down
