Question PC takes an hour to boot

Hello friends

I have a new pc which I built for my brother. Everything went smoothly but after installing all the drivers and had to restart the pc takes at least half an hour to start the windows. I'm not sure what's the problem. The system is on Corsair Force MP600 4th Gen. Can anyone tell me what's the problem might be so I can try to fix it.

Full specs :

CPU : AMD ryzen 5 3600

MOBO : MSI MPG X570

RAM : G.SKILL Trident Neo DDR4 3600

Storage : SSD Corsair MP600

GPU : NVIDIA GTX 1070

Windows 10 pro

yes, a brand new OS. it happend the first time so I clean installed again but it happend again.

the black screen right after the motherboard screen and the circle of the OS keeps circling. Yes it happens from the start. No drive activity

Do you have access to another SSD to test-install W10 with? Another thing could be the RAM. Have you tried using only one of the sticks? (Then swap to the next)

I have another SSD with W10 so I'll try it. I will also try using one RAM stick

No...that is NOT a valid test either way.

Well, maybe.
That might be a test of the current SSD functionality, but only that.
