Built few months ago and everything has been running fine but computer takes very long to boot and/or restart.
Been happening since the first boot same length and everything.
I have not changed any settings beside XMP in bios.
First thing I see is some sort of blank CLI with the flashing underscore
Then:
After this it is just a windows logo with a loading circle underneath it, and then it finishes booting.
