Question PC takes long time to boot ?

Hey i have new build pc windows is on ssd and my pc sometimes takes so long to boot around 1-2 minutes sometimes its perfectly normal only 10-20 sec but sometimes dots keep spinning under gigabyte logo and after that dots spin in black screen for a 30-60 seconds it only happens sometimes for somereason my bios was not updated after i updated it problem was gone for 7-10 days and it started again problem never happens if i restart windows fast boot is off and bios fast boot is on this are the not loaded thing on boot log
