Solution
i did it but after i use the first command it restarted my pc and it booted fast like i said it never takes long to boot if i restart but i did all what you said what should i do now
so it never happend from reboot, but can happen when powering up PC?
if yes then some device have issue initialising itself
try cleaning system recovery and shadow copies, that should improve boot time a bit

press win+r and type: cleanmgr
choose your system drive (typically disk C)
at bottom click cleanup system files
choose again your system drive
switch tab to more options
under system restore and shadow copy, click cleanup button

see if it solved your boottime issue

sadly it didnt fix the problem

u may want to check loading times alternative way, bootlog mentioned above doesnt show timestamps, not loaded drivers arent issue

before u start, download Windows 10 SDK
make sure that performance toolkit is selected under redistributables, nothing else is needed from SDK
it will download WPT to your user defined folder
open that folder manually and inside installers folder u will find WPTx64-x86_en-us.msi
install it by opening it

now open command promp and run this command:
xbootmgr -trace boot -traceFlags BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER -resultPath C:\TEMP

u can replace C:\temp with any other folder u wish to save logs to

for analysing those logs u use this command in C: \TEMP folder:
cd c:\temp
xperf /tti -i boot_BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER_1.etl -o summary_boot.xml -a boot

which will create summary_boot.xml file with enough info

Just a test.

Unplug the hdd see if it makes a diff.

try that xbootmgr command, during reboot on bios POST screen, power off PC
then power it on, you might need to do it few times untill you get slow boot with xbootmgr recording it
it didnt work it just doesnt record if i power off during reboot but i think i found what is causing the problem if i unplug the speakers it opens faster then ever only takes like 2 seconds and it used to freeze for a second on spinning dots and it opened it also never happened without speakers do you have any idea how can i fix it is the only way boot without speakers ?

Are these USB speakers?

You've found the issue though from your posts above? Device doesn't work properly with component connected, disconnect component and device works perfectly.

Not sure you need any more evidence than the above that maybe it's better to do without these speakers.
I just wondered because it doesnt cause any problems at all after boot speakers work perfectly as well as all my pc and these are the only speakers i have currenty which is why i asked can it cause problems or is it just about booting part
