Question PC takes over 10 minutes to boot up after removing a hard drive

My Specs:
i5 4460
16 gb of ddr3
RX 550
AGI 512 gb ssd

So i decided to remove a 160 gb hdd that i have to use it on a different computer but after I removed it, my computer started to take more than 10 minutes to boot, I have updated all my drivers

what is boot order in the Bios? is the hdd showing in there? maybe PC searches for it for 10 minutes, times out and then goes to ssd to boot?
I would remove hdd from boot order if that is case.

The boot order is the windows boot manager and my ssd the hdd isnt showing up
