Question PC takes over 3 minutes until POST

Specs:

CPU: AMD A10 6800K

Graphics Card: Sapphire R9 380 Nitro

Mainboard: Asus F2A85-V Pro

RAM: Corsair Vegeance Pro 2x4gb

PSU: be quiet 650w

Storage: Samsung EVO 850 (Windows)

Storage: Sandisk SSD Plus (Games)



I installed a clean version of Windows 10 because my old Windows was really messy and slow so i decided to start over again. But since i reinstalled Windows (From Flash drive using the media creation tool and formatting the ssd before) it takes my PC at least 3 minutes until the POST shows up. I already tried resetting the BIOS, reinstalling windows again and unplugging all usb devices and my other ssd. Nothing worked. Then i removed my graphics card and plugged the HDMI cable into my Mainboard and the PC was done booting after 5 seconds. So it seems to be the graphics card which slows down everything. But HOW can i fix that?

What is the model for your PSU and how old is it? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

i don’t know the model but it’s about 4 Years old. The BIOS is up to date
