PC taking time to boot

For a few months I’ve had this issue with my Windows 10 PC.

When I turn it on nothing is displayed on the screen immediately. I simply have a black screen, and I get the no signal message when I turn the screen off and on. The computer is running normally from the sound it’s making however.

Eventually, sometimes the computer will boot and I’ll see the swirly logo before the login screen comes up. This can take anywhere from 5-30 mins to happen, and sometimes it won’t happen even after waitinng a few hours. When it does boot everything runs smoothly.

I have tried unplugging the GPU and using the on board Mobo graphics, still no luck. I’ve also tried using another display, again no luck.

Some help would be appreciated. I haven’t left my specs due to the effort required to do so on a phone. I can if necessary however.

To add to this, booting in safe mode has no effect. And my keyboard and mouse lights turn on when the computer does.
