PC taking up Disk space after resetting

After resetting my PC, for a lot of issues, it uninstalled all my programs which isn't a problem. However, I still only have 100 out of 930 GB that I can use. I've tried Disk Cleanup, Error Checking and deleted restore points but none of these worked.

Have you tried installing windirstat to see what is taking up so much space?

Thanks for the response, it seems that windows created a folder containing everything before it reset.
