Pc Tech Issue

Currently having a problem with my Pc, I have a

Rysen 5 3600
Gtx 1660 super
Corsair Vengeance pro 2x8 gb
Sata 250gb
1 tb hard drive
Asus x-570 prime
Nzxt h510
Evga GR supernova 750 W

I am currently experiencing a problem where I will turn on my pc and will boot to windows and it will be fine, but then either 5 minutes later or attempting to start a game the system shuts down and then goes into a loop or turn on then turn right back off and I am forced to cut power from the system to stop the loop and then when I boot the system again I get a message that it detects 3 keyboards and 2 mice but 0 drivers and the system is posted in Safe Mode, any help would be greatly appreciated I have tried almost everything just very confused

could try install the asus "armoury crate" is the bios on the latest version for your board do not touch unless there is no problem in bios but can download and update through bios via usb stick.
