Hi,
Last night my pc turned off by itself and rebooted (might have been bsod, I was not at the pc when it happened).
Anyways, after the reboot my computer tells me that there are no audio devices installed.

Things I've tried and figured out:
1. I can't find Bluetooth Audio Device under my sound options in device managment. (It is not under hidden devices either).
2. I can't find bluetooth support service in service.msc (or any other bluetooth services).
3. Every audio driver is up to date.
4. When troubleshooting, my driver(s) I'm left with the following error:
"Code 19: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged"

I've also tried to remove all of the audio devices from device management and then restarted the computer, which simply reinstalled all of the devices. (no changes).

Current situation:

I appreciate any help given - Thanks =).

Solution
Seems as if it was a windows orientated problem. After backupping windows on my second hard drive, reinstalling it and reinstalling drivers everything seems to work fine.

Just removed and uninstalled all the drivers, reinstalled my motherboards sound driver (asus z87-pro), came back with no result. The display is the exact same as in my second link.

Thanks though =)

Yeah, the drivers are all up to date. The way you described it was how I removed/uninstalled the drivers aswell (from device management).
The realtek driver I use is from: https://www.asus.com/support/Download/1/45/2/11/Ojh2oYkBPWOsgT1v/30/ (under AUDIO) the most up to date driver there is for my board.

Unfortunately I've already been through all of the steps from your second link!
Again, I do appreciate your assistance ^^.
