PC Temperature !

When I play games like COD, Witcher 3, AC Syndicate etc. my CPU temperature goes 70+ and my GPU goes 65+... Idle temps are : CPU 35 GPU 34

Here are my specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte 990XA-UD3
CPU: AMD FX-8320 Black Edition (Not Overclocked)
GPU: Sapphire R9 390 Nitro (Not overclocked)
Ram: 2x HyperX Fury Blue 8GB DDR3-1866MHz
PSU: Seasonic M12II-850 Bronze EVO Edition

Is this normal? If not how can I "fix" it?
