PC Temperture ?

Hello
Usually when i am playing games 4-5 hours,my pc just shut down.
Today i dowloanded one temperture programm and removed PC case one side.
I dont know about this temperture anything?

Is it ok?
Its pretty old pc,but right now i have to live with this one. 😀

Yes.
When i am playing some games,graphics is 70*C and Cpu is 65*C.

the idle temps are absolutely terrible but the load temp could possibly be fine but keep in mind these cpus were only designed for 60c back in the day
