Pc to to via hdmi issue

Heya guys... i have my pc connected to my tv via hdmi..After about 30-50 mins it will crash..It goes to a grey lined screen with an old school styled crash sound.I have to reboot the pc.

I have an ATI radeon 7770HD gfx card if that helps. i really do have no idea how to fix this issue. Ive been told all kinds of things but not sure what to believe.Can you help? thanks

Perhaps you can provide more info about the crashing. Such as, if there is any error message and what kind of sound it makes when crashing (beeps, etc.)
Most importantly, have you updated your dirvers?
