PC to TV stopped working?

I have a Vizio smart TV I always hooked as a second monitor to my computer. For some random reason, it has decided to stop working. It's done this in the past and switching inputs always worked. This time, it will not

My monitor is hooked through DVI2. my TV is hooked through HDMI. Both are into my graphics card. The TV is acting super weird now and is changing resolutions. In the top right, it keeps saying 1920x1059 or 1920x1077, 1920x870, 1920x???. That sort of thing. And actually, as I type, it just showed picture suddenly and it was super static and then went away. What's going on here?

I've tried every HDMI port 1-3 and side. Ive tried changing resolutions. I've tried all forms of resetting the TV and computer.

Now it says "not supported". Idk what's going on. Help?

Can you try another HDMI cable?
I would also disable the second video output and just focus on getting the TV going to help eliminate any other bizarre issues.

I think a new cable maybe the answer. I read somewhere that HDMI cables can be finicky when put in certain tight positions. I recently re-wired my set-up to look much cleaner and the cable is pretty tight with some sharp angles where I put down twist ties.

Is this true of all HDMI cables or will a newer longer one do the trick?

Get a good HDMI 2.0 cable.
